LOVE the bold black & white print of whimsical stylized fish in this full circle vintage skirt from the 1950s! The cotton is heavy so it is substantial and still seems to have its finish.

We didn't show it with a petticoat but you can make it really shine with one. The waistband is of a black heavy ribbon, with a hidden metal zipper in the side. No pockets or label.

Fashion Note: though it always looks great with a black and white top, why not try a hot pink or any other color, it will really pop with black and white!
